Ingredients
1. Shredded Green Papaya. 6. 2 pcs chillies Peppers.
2. ¼ c Shredded carrots . 7. 4-5 cloves Garlic.
3. 6 Cherry tomatoes (sliced in half). 8. 2 tbspn Brown Sugar.
4. 2 tblspn Dried Shrimps. 9. 2 tblspn Fish Sauce.
5. 3 tblspn Roasted Peanuts. 10. 1 ½ tblspn Lime or Lemon Juice.
11. 1 tblspn Tamarind Paste
Instructions
1.Pound garlic, dried shrimps, chillies and peanuts in mortar.
2.Add cherry tomatoes, pound few times until juice comes out of the tomato.
3.Season with lime juice, palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind paste
4. Add papaya and carrots mix well
5. And adjust seasonings.
