Specific Duties – List 8 to 12 of the most important duties using concise and comprehensive statements. Begin with the most important duty
1. Provide first, second and third level support, in relation to breakdowns and/or customer queries, responding by either telephone or site visits, and within set timeframes
2. Collate weekly timesheets and present results to Technical Support Manager (for billing clients)
3. Provide training to customers (and co-workers) in relation to proper operation, preventative maintenance, and fault finding of tna equipment
4. Provide support and work closely with Sales and client to conduct product trials either in a tna office or at the client site
5. Support Project Managers in the lead up to installation, ensuring correct layouts and documentations have been received
6. Develop strong professional relationships with all customers and provide feedback to the Sales Team regarding prospective capital investment obtained through such relationships
7. Attend and work at trade shows / exhibitions held throughout the year
8. Other tasks and duties as reasonably requested
