The Role of the Intern:
• The Intern will be assigned to assist in and support the project : a review of the quality of Nestle Job Success Profiles which ensures that they adequately capture the characteristics of jobs available in Nestle.
• The Intern will also be assigned to develop a Job Success Profile Management process; to sustainably develop, maintain, update and share the Job Success Profiles.

The Ideal Candidate:
• A student who is currently studying a Master’s Degree Program; preferably in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Organization Design and Development, or any other related fields
• Great communication skill - verbal and written in English
• Willingness to learn
• Strong administrative, teamwork and coordination skills
• Passion about Human Resources Professional & Specialist
