The Benefits of Teamwork and Motivation Theory is the theoretical basis for this paper. The first part relates to the benefits of working as a team can be the smartest strategy for growth (Krotz, 2003) and influence performance results to organizational objectives can improve social relations can make people share the same goals and responsibilities to enhance effectiveness and productivity of a company, which would gain an organization more profit (Beal, 2003). The last part is the theory, motivation has two main reasons for Different Motivation Methods and Different Motivation Approaches in Different situations. Different Motivation Methods include various of the team, Employees’ Attitudes towards Teamwork, Training on Teams, Leadership in Teams, Empowerment in Teams, Communication Systems in Teams and Reward Systems in Teams.
