A supervisor and a senior staff are appointed as a mentor and a buddy respectively to a new staff for a minimum period of three months.
Daily roll calls to include a two-minute training session on service procedure and product knowledge.
A written test on service and product knowledge to be conducted at the end of each staff probation period and a minimum of 70% of possible pointed must be attained in order to be confirmed or the probation period will be extended for another three months.
