Dear Stephanie and colleague in Export Team (Mother Company),
As whole group of standard supplier evaluation on time metric, please again find reference correspondence email, supplier quality guideline and supply quality GL7-4.
We also incur many questions about this standard but as long as we are in the same team, we should apply the same standard for whole group. Then we did change the departure date to be “the date of receipt at site of the addressee.” No matter you will agree or not agree but this is from Head Quarter (Mother Company) not from my wish.
Then I work accordingly to the instruction from Mother Company and send letter to all supplier including Hagen to please check the transit time for both seafreight and airfreight to us to backward the weeks from our official binded date in PO. When you confirmed the shipdate, please always backward our official binded date in PO base on the transit time weeks we had sent to you earlier.
I wish all information I give now will be sufficient for order confirmation toward our official binded date on PO.
Thank for your understanding and if you don’t agree anything in the supplier quality guideline which we receive from Mr. Gilbert, Mr. Korte, Mr. Weuster and Dr. Weiss. May you have more details from our Top Management, they will able to clarify this standard for you.
