Dear Khun Wansook, Khun Anuphong, Khun Neungruatai,
Since we have been discussed many time in previous but seem like we are not moving forward.
I was mention to Khun Wansook about communication about service appointment that need to be improved and inform to us in advance at least 2-3 days. Rentokil need to sending to the concerned person correctly for example in room treatment need to sending to room operation manager which is Khun Wansook already met her. My responsibly just only in side kitchen or restaurant area.
I also was mention to Khun Anuphong during back of the house walk through that the communication need to be improved and inform to us 2-3 days in advance. Khun Anuphong promise that Rentokil will solve this issue but why still happened? Last week Rentokil staff call to my stewarding staff that will come over for treatment, but no one inform to us. My Culinary admin recheck with Engineering admin and she call back to Rentokil and we was confirmed that will came over on 18/01/2016
Today Khun Neungruatai sending appointment treatment that will happened on 19/01/2016. I was call back to asking from Khun Wansook then Khun Neungruatai call to cancel on 18/01/2016
It is a simple internal communication of Rentokil company. It not my concerned but we are preparing for cancel our kitchen staff to working today for clearing area and prepare for pest treatment
