Session Description: This instructor-led program aims to provide AIG frontline and mid-level leaders (managers from G 19 to 23 + with at least one direct report ) with competencies to address complex business issues, implement directives from senior leadership, develop skills in developing direct reports and foster teamwork. The program covers the following topics:
Translating Strategy to Outcomes
Learning Objectives: At the end of this module, participants should have
• A clear view of their roles as leaders
• Create a line of sight while aligning to the strategic goals and priorities of their organization
• Apply leadership practices to address challenges
Leadership Profiles
Learning Objectives: At the end of this module, participants will be able to
• Gain greater self-awareness of their individual leadership styles
• Understand the need for interpersonal leadership skills
• Appreciate personal strengths and make develop plans for personal growth
Delegating Effectively
Learning Objectives: This module helps the participants to develop the planning, interpersonal, and follow-up skills critical for successful delegating.
Giving Feedback
At the end of the module, participants will be able to:
• Plan and facilitate effective feedback conversations, both face-to-face and voice-to-voice.
• Support employees’ internal motivation to achieve business results.
• Improve performance by helping employees find personal benefits in organizational structure and self-generated solutions.
• Receive feedback in ways that promote improved performance and maintain constructive relationships.
Methods of Delivery: Session can be delivered in classroom or virtually.
Target Audience: Managers from G 19 to 23 + with at least one direct report.
Target Audience: Grades 19-21 People Managers.
Training Cost Per Participant: USD 800.
If you have to withdraw from the session, please find a replacement and email the Asia Pacific Talent Management team. Any participants who withdraw from the program 30 days prior to the start of the program, will have to bear 100% of the program cost.
Participants who have registered themselves for the program but failed to turn up for the session, will also have to bear the full program cost.
