When you do not eat, healthy your body is nor getting the nutrients, that it needs to run which leaves you feeling sleepy. When you are feeling tried you will not have the energy to exercise which will lead you to obese. When you are feeling tried and you do not feel like exercising you should grab some veggies and walk outside so your skin will soak up the vitamin C.
Another problem of not eating healthy you will get weak bones and/or muscles. Many people deal with this problem. Some people can fall, break their fall with their hands, and still break their foot. When I was not eating healthy, I was the weakest girl in the home when I was usually the strongest. When I saw this, I was scared because I thought I was sick and going to die.
