High customer loyalty and a willingness to repeat the purchase will result in a higher profit
(Eklöf and Westlund 1998). Maintaining a good and continuous relationship with the customer
will increase customer loyalty (Schlesinger and Heskett 1991). Therefore, school
does not end up with student graduation or terminate cooperation between enterprises and
schools. Rather, customers followup serviceswould include alumni occupation service, training
employee for enterprise, and participation in the community and local culture service.
All these are important categories listed in the Reviewer Manual of National Quality Award;
furthermore, the service industry could request that a standard be used for higher education,
and this is the duty of educational organization with regard to internal and external customer
follow-up service.
