Thanks for the information that you have sent it to me regarding to our Office in Thailand. One of the things that we need to do immediately is upgrade your Internet Link which is 10Mbps (clearly insufficient for the normal operation)
Andy shared with me some information about our contract with the Internet provider, which, by the way, have terminated in April/May (we sign for a 2 year contract in April/May 2013). This means that we are in a good situation to negotiate a better deal (more bandwidth for less or the same money).
The contact that I have from True (our Internet Provider) is Kanueng Nop (Kanueng_Nop@truecorp.co.th), can I use this contact or do you have a better contact? I believe is our account manager, but the email thread that I have is from April 2013, so this could be different by now.
