Our company has various activities of the employee inside the firm that make employees and management having a good relationship such as having a corporate social responsibility both internal and external and having special events. In addition, the main of activity which is preventing dissatisfaction of employees is Star of the Month. Star of the Month is monthly period activities of each department that makes the employee working together. For instance, reception department is a host of monthly events of January. They have a responsibility to manage foods and beverages for all of the employees in the company to join the party together. Moreover, these activities apart from helping prevent dissatisfaction of employees and also motivate and encourage the employee to increase productivity which is the positive impact of the company.
In addition, our human resource department treats the employees like family including both in the daily lives and family lives of the employees. For instance, if the employee has a situation that has an effect is unable to work. HR will help them to solve the problem by inquiry the cause of the problem and advise them to solve the problem. Moreover, there is making a measurement of job satisfaction in every year by using program TMES to the employee evaluate individually and to inquire the satisfaction on everything in the organization. For example, advancement in life, the environment which is surrounding the workplace, welfare, coworkers, supervisor, and happiness in the work. After all the employees has completed the evaluation. All of the information will be sent to the company center. It was made the organization aware of the portion of improvement and adjustment. To sum up, these human resource activities can help preventing dissatisfaction of employees.
In my opinion that anyone has participated in the Star of the Month activities together can make the employees has getting more intimate relations and make the atmosphere of the workplace was not uncomfortable.
