RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Provide HR services to shift working employees including ER document filing
2. Administrate employee locker, uniform, plant shoes, social security reimbursment services
3. Data entry of ER data such as employee termination record, disciplinary action record, etc.
4. Co-ordinate with subcontractor co-ordiantor to clear the company property when sub-contractor’s operator employment is
terminated.
5. Issue PR and HR’s stationary controlling
6. Control Coffee and ingredient inventory for employees services
7. Turn Over and Attendance weekly report
8. Assist to Shift ER officer/ ER management per their assignment
9. Employee’s mail distribution
