Ashcroft has 546,000 followers on Instagram and another 30,000 on Twitter.
In a statement released by Transform, Steven Taylor, the company’s marketing director, said that they were surprised that the complaint was upheld as it had been pre-approved by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

‘We still respect the ASA’s final decision and have already taken action to ensure the advert does not run again,’ said Taylor.
‘Sarah is typical of many independent, thoughtful and responsible females who choose to have cosmetic surgery.
‘There is no inference in the advert that her popularity is linked to her breast size.’
