10.3 The Advertiser shall not enter into an advertisement fee agreement directly with a partner and not through the company using information disclosed based on the management screen, etc., in order to give a disadvantage tot eh company and shall note make a solicitation there for. The provisions of this article 10.3 shall remain effective for one (1) year after expiration or termination of the term of the agreement provided that if any of the following applies to the relevant partner, the above act shall be allowed after expiration of the term of the agreement unless such act causes and undue disadvantage to the company:
