Within the secular polity, the constitution has guaranteed the freedom of religion, sect or creed to the citizens subject to contradiction to the civil duties, public matter or good morals. Since the mass media constitutes the fourth pillar of democracy, the constitution provides liberty of expression, speech, write, print, publication, etc. to the citizens subject to the stability and security of the country. The imparting of progressive education among the masses provides meaning and order to the political process; with this view, the constitution has guaranteed an equal right to receive education to the citizens.
