Every day the TCF production order

Every day the TCF production order list for the following work-ing day is created by the logistics department in Wattens. When starting the SAP transaction COHV all planned orders are listed. In the excel-file TCF_Ausgabefile.xlsm the capacity con-sumption of the planned orders at the vacuuming machine is calculated. If on the next day, on which the required color is produced, there is still enough capacity, the start date of the planned order is changed in SAP accordingly and the planned order is converted into a production order. If there is not enough capacity the next date with the color and free capacity is chosen. The production orders are grouped together to machine-runs = batches lasting 1.5 hours. Per day and machine 7 runs can be processed. The colors and days on which the colors are pro-duced per week are defined in the word-file. When converting the planned order into a production order the delivery date is sent to the customer.
At 10:00 am the TCF production order list for the following day is released in the excel-file TCF_Ausgabefile.xlsm and sent via email to the office and TCF production of the FA sorting de-partment in Thailand. Additionally the TCF production order list is saved in the folder. The order status of the production orders is tracked in the excel-file ….xlsx.
