1. Ensure that HR responsibility are effectively operating, such as shift employee assistance , counseling , medical services, employees security and employees disciplinary.
2. Meet employees in night shift to resolve employees dispute
3. Perform shift Daily, NE ,SE exit interview
4. Escort illness employee to hospital
5. Provide conseling to employees to resolve their individual problem
6. Take primary action when extraordinary situation happen and inform to next level management
7. Support and consult supervisor in HR concerned to ensure that all shift personnel compliance to the company policy.
8. Meet to employees to receive informal feed back and proactive action to ensure that there’re no uncertainty situation.
9. Support and participate employee activities
10. Communicate company approved message through all employees
11. Ensure commonality/standardization among the same processes/system within related manufacturing sites.
12. Support Security function, especially on night shift.
13. Support above tasks all HDD/HSA Operation (NAV, B3 & B4)
14. Support SSO.
15. Issue PR and HR’s stationary controlling.
16. Turn Over and Attendance weekly report.
17. Administrate employee locker, uniform, plant shoes, social security reimbursment services.
18. Data entry of ER data such as employee termination record, disciplinary action record, etc.
