While XXI Forever is a good partner to tie up with, we feel that the benefit to XXI Forever is much more than the benefit to True, and we would like to help you seize this opportunity to generate more leads. Hence, we suggest to negotiate for the following:
From True:
- Instead of 5 pcs x One-year membership, how about 20 pcs x One-month membership
- Sponsorship of 200 TF 10-day trial passes and about 50 TS Foot/Back massage vouchers. XXI Forever can use them for in-store promotions. For instance, purchase more than XXXTHB and receive TF passes (in March) and TS vouchers (in April)
From XXI Forever:
- Instead of privilege discounts, can they sponsor say, 200pcs of $5 cash vouchers for True’s members? You can give them away for internal promotions like BRGN
The other mechanics stated in the proposal are ok and can remain.
In your proposal, True’s investment is too much yet does not have enough reach. We hope you can try to negotiate with XXI Forever for the above mechanics so as to boost the mileage of this cross promotion =)
