Dear Khun Kittipong,
Thank you very much for your Email. I do praise your exceptional English here. Also towards the “Ghost-writer”,
See my comments in red, and kindly call me or Email me when you have the decisions of your Vice President on the matters are known. Also note: you mentioned the Term: “negotiating” today! I do have nothing to negotiate with you. I just want all defects done.
Please note that because of your inability to have the Tile Event properly executed, you wasted my time, my resources and did my preparations for nothing as well.
Furthermore would I like to remember all at Keppel Thai, that since December we did ask Khun Suraphong to bring along the proper Work order Forms, which never until today have been provided. Please send them to me.
Finally: as discussed today: Khun Wanvillai has been at House 88/194 last week, Photos were taken on the 2 defects on the Sand wash. Please ask her to send me an Email of that Event. Just for the records sake.
Thank You!

Dear Mr. Neitzsch,
Contrary to what you had claimed that the job should have started much earlier in the year as mentioned by you, we only managed to fix the appointment with your good self lately after many attempts.
Khun Kittipong: yesterday you introduced yourself as NEW STAFF OF KEPPEL THAI, So how long did you attempt to reach your Customer now? Did you start in December last year?
And please: Khun Suraphong and other Staff of Keppel Thai did not reply calls when missed. So I did to try as long as it takes to get the Person by Phone. As well an other example: Calling the President of Keppel Thai, I do not get a opportunity to to to Mr. Oh himself, Secretarial Staff only does advice to send an Email, therefore Mr Oh may decide to return a call or not. I am not wasting my time here again.
Let me repeat once more on the matter:
“Quote of Mr. Cheng, the Vice President: Keppel Staff went to your House and did ring the Bell! Nobody was home! So they left without achieving anything.”
A great attempt which shows a planning again.
Yes indeed: People need to go to work and are not waiting for a courtesy call of Keppel Staff, on a 24 hour Standby time!
And once again: if the Postal Service fails to deliver the Service bought by Keppel Thai: Please take it up with the Postal Service of Thailand.
I am sure that there are better ways to try to get a Customer, please show more professionalism. May I suggest to study the 8 Core Values of Keppel in Singapore
According to our work schedule which was supposed to start yesterday, our team with 1 technician, 2 workers and necessary equipment were available at your house to remove the floor tiles only.
As you have proven not to provide the Tiles on time, different Colour Shade etc. I had to stop the Renovation Event for a Day. As I do not want to live in a Construction side with Dust to long. As I have allergies. Sorry for putting my Health first.
However you insisted that you want to see the correct floor tiles first before allowing us to start the work. The straight forward job should have been started yesterday and our team just wanted to get the job done. As a result, upon your instruction to stop work, our time had been wasted and the workers still have to be paid salary for attending to a job without even doing anything.
Every sensible Person seems to ask first if the proper Materials are on hand before a demolition takes place.
Very questionable indeed: as your Contractor does parallel Jobs on Renovation within the Estate. Were also Tiles have to be still done.
Indeed, we have the right tiles on standby at our contractor’s store at Sukhumvit and it was probably a misunderstanding on your part that there was no tiles available.
Sorry: no misunderstanding: I requested to see the Tiles, just to make sure, that it make sense to start removing the old ones. So if you first can not find them within the Estate, then had to call your supplier for the Tiles
May I suggest to to look up in Thesaurus: Pro-active. Since your Vice President has handled the Event for the Rectification himself, he should have thought of buying the Tiles in advance. And definitely is it fact that Keppel Thai does waste my valued time.
Our contractor has been doing a good job despite all the difficulties and interferences faced by them during the process.
Please define! Independent Contractors did evaluate the Job, and came to their own conclusion. They seem to have a different angle on the Matter.
Our team will return today to show you the tiles and we hope to start and finish the job as soon as possible with your full cooperation.
As I do run a company, I do need to do my Job as well, so I do not wait for you and your Staff, I have left the House. As you mentioned today: you will probably check and want to see what happens in 2 Days. So please call me, or send a Email, also the Vice President is the one who makes all the decisions. So lets see what he comes up with on Solutions.
And once again: Keppel Thai does waste my time, and re-sources, simply because at the Handover (10.12.2014) your Team of Six, refused to open the Skirt, because they knew the defect well in advance. As I did as well too, as I have seen the defect on routine checks during the Renovation taking place for 14 Month in the House.
Just for the Record Mr. Oh the President of Keppel Thai was there as well. So here at December 10, 2014 your delays started, causing this problem from the beginning. But these is obviously the proper way by Keppel Thai, to delay again and again and wear out patience of Customers.
Once again: Core Values!
Thank you.
