Stress is a common problem in our life. It is usually caused by something that is out of the ordinary from everyday life, things like tests, family problems and loss of job. Today students have a lot of stress because of a lot of different reasons.When a student have high stress or chronic stress, it can interfere with her ability to learn, memorize, and earn good grades as well as lead to poor physical, emotional and mental health. There are many things that cause stress for college students; school-related issues, relationships, and peer pressure.
