The design of a High frequency current Model using full-wave rectifier Method is reported. The model consist of a series circuit of 4 set, 1) DC power circuit (5 A and 150 VDC) for power supplying, 2) High frequency inverter (12 VDC and 100 kHz) to generate pulse signal , 3) Full wave rectifier (MOSFET IRFP 460) for control signal and 4) Resonance circuit (L = 2.20 H, C = 5.90F) for maximum power transmission. The results showed that the circuit can be created with a maximum frequency and current up to 45 kHz and 4.35 A. The frequency had not an expected due to the control signal was overlapping that can cause a short circuit.
