Job Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers’ inquiries / problems and coordinate with other operation departments for follow up actions.
• Communicate with oversea offices/ colleagues to ensure full compliance on the SOP.
• Receive BOOKING from shippers/customers and reserve space with Flight Planning
• Keep customers informed of BOOKING details
• Properly prepare Sales Instruction Sheet to include all service requirements / rates/contact persons and numbers to provide to all concerned parties.
• Coordinate with Transportation provider to request cargo/document pick up.
• Coordinate with Customs Brokerage either our own subcontractor or customers’ brokers on customs clearance issues.
• Monitor shipments uplift and inform customer / oversea offices of any off-loading.
• Keep customer informed of any service failures together with reasons, corrective actions, and provide update shipment status.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
