Height was measured at baseline to the nearest millimeters
with a wall-mounted stadiometer. Body weight and composition
were measured by means of body composition analyzer
(Jawon Medical Co, Ltd, South Korea). Body composition was
reported as a percentage of body fat and as the amount of LM
in kilograms, with the participants in light work clothes and
bare feet. Body mass index was calculated from the measured
BW and height (in kilograms per meter squared). Waist
circumference (WC) was measured at the midpoint between
the iliac crest and lower rib margin crest, with participants in
a standing position [25] and using a standard cloth tape.
These measurements were performed by the senior researcher
at the biweekly visits, as well as before and after the
intervention. The measurements were repeated twice and the
average was recorded.
