it is smarnet support, it is too bad like this for replacement?
If so we should not propose smartnet or telling how the processing for smartnet, acutally we must respect the 5x8xNBD.
When issue coming then service team should be active to send to my forwarder’s warehouse the replacement spare part in as soon as possible.
Please help to advise any way we should act further.
