The categories and policies that are in place are the same ones that have been used at the 4 major sites. These have provided a high level of protection against security risks while systems are on-site. Now that the Hybrid Client is being deployed, that same protection is applied while the system is off-site.
If you feel that there is a site that is blocked that should not be blocked, please open a ServiceDesk request. There is a Websense category listed under “Computer Support…Software…Websense (Blocked Sites)”. Please put the business justification in your ServiceDesk ticket and IT will evaluate the request and determine if the site should be unblocked.
