Whenever possible, residents will notify front reception desk in advance that they expect a visitor. Receptionist will alert security guards on B1 and B2 that a visitor is expected. Security guard identifies available space for the visitor to park.
Visitor receives the parking ticket at the entrance gate to B1/B2. Visitor advises security guard at B1 that they are visiting an All Seasons Mansion co-owner / resident / tenant.
Security guard:
1) identifies available space in the All Seasons Mansion parking area for the visitor to park,
2) logs the car information (see example attached) and gives the visitor an ASM Visitor Parking placard to place on the top of the dashboard so that it can be plainly seen through the windshield. (The ASM placard is a printed/ laminated permit showing assigned parking space number – see example attached)
3) directs the visitor to, and ensures that the visitor parks, in the assigned space and
4) directs the visitor to the car park lift to the All Seasons Mansion lobby on the ground floor.
