Thai nationality only age 35 years up
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or other related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource (preferred direct experience in HRIS)
With at least 5 years in management level
Strong knowledge in payroll,benefit, labor law and understand HRIS software integration
Solid leadership capability in leading and developing team
To prepare and implement annual HR Plan and Budget to support overall strategic objectives of the company
To develop and maintain reliability of HRIS and develop effective tools for HR analytics and management reporting to meet business needs
To ensure HR system and process are well defined, documented, communicated and executed with discipline
To manage and lead HR Operation Team Which consist of Payroll & Benefit as well as HR database to ensure best service and support
