I am writing you this letter to report our mistake transfer out on 17 Oct 2016.
Firstly, on behalf of Xaymungkhoune Travel We do apologies for this case as we lost our carefully work.
As far as my mistaken is concerned, the fact that is the first time missing client after we worked closely with Mr. Lamnguen (Odd). This booking was the re booked by Mr. Odd and we acknowledged by return mail. But there is no this booking in our system because our staff confused to update it. In the morning of October 17, 2016 I called our driver to pick clients up at 9.30 but traffic was jammed due to it is the boat racing festival’s day in Vientiane. However, this is not good reason for our business, I knew. It late and client cannot wait for driver any more. They leaved the hotel and of course, we missed them.
We do apologies again and we give you a word we will try our best for next booking. We will be cautious to arrange service for you from now on. This is really our mistaken. So, please kindly tell us the way we can solve this problem with you.
