Thank you for your assistance concerning the Embassy’s reinstate work. The contractors have requested a fitting-out guide with the following information:

 

A.    Building Regulation

B.    Existing Ceiling Plan and Ceiling spec

C.    Condition of flooring return (Vinyl tile or Cement) and spec

D.    Condition of security wall (remove or keep)

E.     M&E Drawing ((lighting, power, A/C, Smoke, Sprinkler)

 

We will inform them that they can copy the plans at the management office. Would you need to visit our premises to check the condition of the floors, ceiling, lighting, lighting and A/C as the contractors would also need information from the building concerning reinstate. They are not sure how the building requires the work to be finalized. We would kindly ask your assistance in answering to the questions of these three contractors.

 

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can give instructions to the contractors accordingly. You may reply also in Thai if more convenient. Thank you.
