• Manage the CRM cross-selling activities through all Bank’s channels in order to achieve the targeted
efficiency rate
• Orchestrate the OCRM team on the CRM cross-sell rolling out process starting from the preparation
of marketing message and brief during the pre-launch, to the coordination with channels on the
launch, and reporting of campaign efficiency after campaign end
• Coordinate with channel teams to monitor, providing the analysis and report solving issues, in order
to achieve the targeted campaign response
• Develop and rollout the activities to stimulate the channel response to CRM campaign
• Get the channel feedback as a learning and identify the opportunity for improving the cross-sell
channel efficiency, and lead the change implementation required
• Monitor team performance, make necessary action, and provide support to the team to ensure the
targeted efficiency rate will be met
4. Special Conditions / สภาพการทํางาน
• Being able to work outside the office, and travelling on his/her own upcountry on a regular basis
• Occasionally work in sync with channel operating hours, which may be out of regular working hours
i.e. during weekend
