We found the same error on application01, user can’t connect to Citrix as earlier incident on 26 Aug, 2015. Last time we restart “Citrix Independent Management Architecture” and system back to normal. But today we remove server application01 from application properties so now, user can access only application02. Please help to remote access to investigate this problem as an urgent case and recommend what we should do to fix this problem as well. Below is example message error when we test connect to access Notepad program ka. Any log required please let me know.
