Employee is hired on a probationary period of 3 months from the starting date of this agreement, such period can be shortened or extended at the discretion of Beryl8.
This period allows both parties to determine if there is an appropriate fit in terms of skills, experience, personality, performance and culture.
Either Beryl8 or Employee may terminate this agreement during the probationary period by providing written notice of intention. The said notice must be given not less than 14 calendar days in advance.
After the successful of the probationary period, the employment shall be fully confirmed.
