This question has probably employed man of all times. And will probably do so for many thousands of years as well. There are those who believe in God, in various forms, depending on what religious belief you profess (such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, etc.). Others put their faith in science and do not believe there is no God. Some think it is a waste of time to go and think about the meaning of life, but concentrates instead on solving all problems of everyday life with money, housing, family and so on. Still others will select an individual in life and focus everything on it such as career or children. Actually, there are how many ways any time to either care about the meaning of life, or ignore it, or any variation in between.
Something you as a counselor and psychologist very often encounter in their work, people who are in crisis in any way, and thus started to think an awful lot of very meaning of life. According to some theories shared life in different periods of time from the time we are small until we die, within which we have to develop. Tex we stop at about one year of age to go on all fours and trip us. Later we will learn to use the language. A few years around thirteen develop our genitals and we stop being children and instead begin to discover the adult sexuality. At a certain stage of life, we move into our first home and to get us more or less without our parents. Many have children and will have themselves become parents. Forty Years of crisis can pop up when you are thinking about what you accomplished in his life at a certain age. Further development phases are when you retire, get old and the body no longer functions properly as it should and you eg are forced to use a cane or walker, etc.. These time periods with different development opportunities as you go through in life can cope with more or less good, meaning you can end up in a small or large crisis. And anywhere in human development, from the time we are young and have developed our ability to think properly, they can this reflection about the meaning of life emerge, and according to them this psychological theories are the part of every person's life. Sometimes they come, as I said, when we get into some type of crisis that has to do with that we leave a development period and enters into a new, and sometimes they come anyway. Something, however, can be sure of, is that this reflection they show up sooner or later whether life is good or bad.
Quite often they come here reflection almost a bit like a cold shower, and life stops as well as up. Sometimes they become entrenched and how you look at them you get no order to it. The meaning of life and our existence is in my opinion one of the two biggest and momentous issues (the other is death). Love and hatred are also two extremely important issues for us humans, but without life is neither love nor hate, so therefore I think the question of the meaning of life as a major. Sure, one can conclude that the meaning of life is just love, but then you have anyway started with the meaning of life. And let me tell you, that though I am both a psychologist and a counselor, I sometimes wish when they this reflection comes over me that I believed in God and could think that the meaning of life is love, despite everything negative that happens around us in the world But ... I have not been there .., yet. For that is exactly what is difficult, whether you are a believer or scientist / woman, or .. or .. or .. or .., everything when it comes to questions about the meaning of life in the end anyway is about what you deep down .. BELIEVE IN! Then it does not matter how many sensible and good advice you get from caring people around you. And these speculations should psychologically not fight when they come, but let them get to take some time and you .., try to talk to someone you trust about your concerns even if you do not come to anything. You are not alone in this
