The Block & Stumpf framework from 1992 shows that the ‘about’ form of entrepreneurship is the most relevant to evaluate
impact on during or shortly after an entrepreneurship course or program, whereas the ‘for’ form is most relevant to measure
on after and up until ten years after (Fayolle et al., 2006). It is interesting that the literature focuses implicitly or explicitly on
venture creation in assessment and measurement of impact and at the same time emphasizes that venture creation is not
realistic to measure on during and shortly after an entrepreneurship course or program.
