Guar Gum is a natural water soluble nonionic
polysaccharide isolated from the seeds of
Cyamopsis tetragonolobus (Family
leguminous)1 (Figure.1). This plant is cultivated
for centuries in semiarid and subtropical areas
of Pakistan and India, and in some areas of
