It has been shown that a grinding machine using beads
of micron size, known as an agitator bead mill, is more
effective to disperse and reduce size of inorganic filler
suspensions than rotor stator mixers and ball mills [10–13].
This type of grinding mill has been designed and developed
by many manufacturers, and is sometimes termed a highspeed
bead mill or a grinding bead mill. Cho et al. [12]
found that a high-speed bead mill can grind calcium
carbonate (CaCO3) microparticles to nanoparticles.
