Dear All,
   Please find attached survey sketch that has been carried out for the possibility of shifting the Bridge structure and positioning of Tunnel Sleeper at AFP. (Both AutoCAD and PDF files are attached for your reference) 

Note:-

 1) The 16" Pipeline shown on the attached sketch is found 1.25m away from where it should be.
 2)  The existing 20" Pipeline (M-AFP-20-4) is found at a location shown on the attached sketch. (Fix has been taken by surveyor for your reference) 
          - The 20" Pipeline is also some how away from where it should be on the given data

   3) 3" Power cable (High lighted on brown color in the attached sketch) is exposed from a certain location. Please note that only the highlighted sketch is visible and the rest of the cable closer to the proposed Tunnel Sleeper is buried. 
  4) No Power cable has been observed between the two legs of the proposed Tunnel sleeper. The power cable emerges from the right side of the tunnel sleeper shown in the attached sketch  
  5) Regular S-2400 Sleeper was found out of the proposed AFP-ZC Spool route as shown on the attached sketch. (Fix has been for your reference) 

  - Diver has take measurement from the 6 o'clock position of AFP-ZC Riser tube turn pipe to seabed and height is 2450mm
  - Diver has take measurement from the 6 o'clock position of AFP-ZB Riser tube turn pipe to seabed and height is 1900mm (Same measurement was carried out previously also) 
- Pneumo has been taken at the 12 o'clock of AFP-ZC Riser flange and it is 48.5m
- Pneumo has been taken at the 12 o'clock of AFP-ZB Riser flange and it is 49m
  

Remark:-
  - The height for AFP-ZC Riser is almost same as the design. The originally proposed  TS-2400 sleeper serves the purpose but needs shifting to avoid falling of the sleeper foot print on the exposed power cable.
  - BT-2400 needs to be shifted towards the 16" Pipeline as it will clash with the 20" Pipeline at newly proposed location. 
  - Height of AFP-ZB Riser is 1900mm from seabed to 6 o'clock. (Need clarification how to rectify the spool by positioning the BT-2400 10.5m. I assume AFP-ZB fixed spool will me modified by introducing a goose neck..)
