Analyse all job roles from job-related documents, and work closely with manager to set up required skill and competency of each job
Create training passport for each job role to fulfil each job requirements, and development needs for future requirement
Update all job requirements for organisati onal change and new business needs
Survey, analyse and set up organisation’s training needs and design the development curriculum programme as needed by business
Collaborate with L&D team to set up the methodology for the assessment and development programme
