Dear Mr.Takahashi
Firstly, I’m sorry for disturbing you.
I would like to discussion with you regarding my current responsibilities. At present the job under my responsibility increase the both related direct and not related because from increase customer and also increase detail of job. I have to hurry for clearing job finished on time without checking, it cause some mistake and also make me exhausted.
Therefore, I would like to propose solution from my opinion as follow;
1. Additional manpower ( 1 person ) for sharing the load my responsibility.
2. Split job not related from under my responsibility to directly responsibility department such as at present I has to issue receipt and follow due cheque of customer etc. My opinion this issue should be responsibility of Accounting Dept.
Anyway, I had ever discussion with section head but doesn’t have anything support me. Pls. consideration for finding solution this problem for me.
