The study has several implications for managers
or entrepreneurs who intend to evaluateKMtools to
support an innovation process. The main contribution
of the paper is the AHP model presented in
Figure 1. This framework provides a useful
guideline as a structured and logical means of
synthesising judgements for evaluating appropriate
KM tools. It helps structure a difficult decision. The
second contribution of the paper is the identification
of functionalities of the KM tools listed in the model
to support an innovation process. This we have
identified the features of KM tools have been
examined and identified. Third, decision makers
can compare different scenarios and possibilities
with respect to appropriate multi-criteria analysis of
AHP, which provides a real time, interactive and
graphical display of the overall priorities
