The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Email Marketing Manager to lead Clients email marketing campaigns by engaging customers and maximizing revenues from this channel. You will be responsible for driving improvements in our acquisition and retention metrics by utilizing best practices in email content development, customer segmentation for distribution, marketing innovation, and continuous A/B testing. The ideal candidate is an expert project manager with a strong focus on analysis and results with experience running and executing email marketing campaigns. You are energetic, flexible, and a team player with a solid understanding of new technologies. Passion for travel is a must!
Requirements
Candidates should have a creative eye, a passion for new technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in generating quantifiable business successes, as well as the following qualifications:
Marketing professional with at least 4-6 years’ experience in hands-on management and deployment of email marketing programs
Advanced understanding of triggered emails and customer segmentation strategy
Experience with email service provider ExactTarget
Experience with Salesforce Journey Builder
Advanced knowledge of HTML
Advanced experience with SQL
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly motivated and proactive
Excellent project management abilities
Exhibits independence, takes initiative
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with changing demands, and work collaboratively across functional areas
