Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings by focus on Asian , Worldwide and Domestic market. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Advanced level of producing room, banquet, and room rental revenue through directly soliciting business via aggressive prospecting, making presentations, developing contracts, negotiating and closing sales
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel from both of the existing account and also develop new accounts
Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required
Assist in drawing up the market plan annually with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Lead sales team on behalf of Director of Sales to work in target roll with account monthly review when Director of Sales out of the station.
