Provide full spectrum of Human Resources including Policy, Benefit & Welfare, HR administrations, Training & Development, Recruitment and hiring process, Appraisal, Employee Relation, and Reward & Recognition Programs
• Succession planning implementation
• Process oriented, think and work though the HR process
• Handle all recruitment process, interview, and test for hiring the right candidates to fill vacant positions to serve or support all departments in the recruitment of staff or operator by preparing advertisement, dispatch of application forms, processing of applications.
• Ensure and organize positive work environment and employee engagement.
• To coordinate the meeting and conduct the interview and make sure the interviewer has sufficient knowledge or information before and after interview.
• Keeping record for all selected applicants for both pass the interview or not pass
• To proceed further after completion of the interview, i.e. sending for medical check-up, offering the job and initiating the employment contract
• Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/issues and conduct exit interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
• Provide monthly report to Manager and update the personnel records as regard to new staff, transfer and termination.
• Follow up legal requirements and government reporting is effected human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
• Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to all department, promote positive labor relations with employees and strive to prevent conflicts.
• Work closely with line department and acting as line HR Business Partner for all HR support activities
• Other HR and General administrative related issues.
