1. Boiled the water then put backbone into the pot. Then put the coriander root , pepper , garlic , radish , soy sauce and close the lid.
2. Cut the morning glory for 2 inch and wash them after that cut the mushroom and pig’s blood and squid for the last.
3. Boil the water then boil the morning glory , blood , all mushroom and squid. After that put the sour and spicy sauce and Yenta-Four sauce in to the dish. Dressing with fried garlic.
