The DT-MINI-2-GS Deuterium Tungsten Halogen Light Source combines the continuous spectrum of an RF-excited deuterium UV light source and a tungsten halogen VIS-NIR light source in a single optical path. The combined-spectrum sources produce stable spectral output from 215-2500 nm in a compact package.
The DT-MINI-2-GS also utilizes a bulb with a 0.5-mm diameter aperture for more output power. It features a shutter for blocking the light path, which can be controlled via a manual switch or TTL.
Switches on the front panel allow the individual control of both the deuterium and tungsten halogen sources. Each can be turned off and on independently to control stray light in measurements.
