The requestor fills in request form for the creation, alteration and deletion of logical cost center master data and sends to the responsible person for approval. Logical cost center is created to collect costs of route expenses such as Fuel & Oil, Crew Expenses etc.
If the request is approved by the approver, check if the request is to create, change or delete cost center. To create new cost center go to step 2, change go to step 3 and delete go to step 4. However if the request is rejected, inform the relevant person.
