Matching Curriculum Development with Teacher Development
A progression of curriculum development matched with teacher development might look like Table 19.3(p. 375). The supervisor might think of his or her staff in terms of the commitment, thinking, and expertise they currently bring to curriculum and then determine whether the current curriculum is appropriately matched with the teachers' level of curriculum functioning.
