I recently switched to a softer, slower blade, the Donic Waldner Senso carbon, and I am having lots of problems with my consistency. Everyone was telling me that a slower, more flexy blade would improve my looping but I feel that it is the exact opposite. Usually when I topspin during warm-up, I can put 20-30 balls on the table without much of a problem untvail someone gets an edge, net, or pulls me far on the angles. I have been playing with the WSC with Boost TC rubber for the past few days and I am having a really, really hard time adjusting. Is it because a medium soft blade with rather soft rubbers is a terrible combination or just the fact tbat I am not used to the setup and it will take a longer time than 4-5 days. I am hellbent on switching to harder rubbers (Calibra LT), but I can't afford wasting the Boost TC rubbers I just put on. I played with a friends Korbel with Boost TC and it played much better imo. I am coming from a very stiff blade (Galaxy T-8) so there is a big difference. Should I stay with the WSC and put harder rubbers on it or change the blade alltogether? I'm not loaded so testing 5 different blades is not an option for me.
