6.5 Dormant Account
If no deposit, withdrawal or fund transfer activity is recorded on an account for twelve (12) consecutive months (or such other period as the Bank may from time to time determine and notify to the customer), the bank will treat such Account as dormant and charge a dormant account fee in accordance with the Bank’s then current Standard Fee Schedule or as otherwise notified by the Bank to the customer. The bank will normally (but is not obliged to) give notice to the customer after charging a dormant account fee for the first time .If no further action is taken by the Customer within 30 days of the bank’s notification to the customer, the bank may, without further notice, debit such sum (and all further dormant Account fees accruing on such account) from the account until there is no credit balance in such account, at which point the Bank may close the Account pursuant to section 12 of Part A.
